Yes… Lol. It’s a joke. Ya know, satire? Both are true. A group of democrats did found the KKK and a republican did free the slaves… It doesn’t mention anything about the parties today… just about what each has done at points in there history…. Lol. Why do you liberals get so up in arms over a satirical post? I’m not ranting about Tina Fey playing Sarah Palin, am I? It doesn’t say, “modern day democrats founded the kkk”. 

Last time I’m going to say this, but I am so tired of this distortion of history. Political parties have changed. What was once a Republican is now something different. What was once a Democrat is now something different.

Hurray.

Can we please move away from this dead end discussion of which party freed the slaves and worry about the issues that affect us in 2012. I.e. the economy and that “three-letter word:” jobs.

Ok rant over. Sorry, sometimes the history major comes out and goes with a historical truth over a political stance.

And that is one thing the libs cannot seem to do.
