Why is NY schools opposed to the word "dinosaur?"
Like, what are you going to call dinosaurs when you study them and the prehistoric times?
They are dinosaurs. They aren’t satan. It’s a freaking dinosaur.
I tried coming up with an alternate name for them, but all I could come up with is giant lizards because to me, they are dinosaurs.

Having a ton of history classes that talk about...
Downside: I’m sitting here thinking “didn’t we already talk about Franco’s fascist regime?” No, we did not yet talk about that in Crucifix and Swastika. You talked about it in WW2.
Upside: I’m killing my tests. I was absent when we talked about WW1 and WW2 in US History, but I still did amazing on tests because I remember it from my WW2 class.
