About this birth control mandate
I would like to know if the women who are complaining about this being against their “reproductive right” use their birth control correctly. Because soooooooooooooooooooooooo many people don’t take it correctly or miss days and the effectiveness goes way down. And people who aren’t even going to use it correctly shouldn’t be bitching about this. They should be...

Georgetown Students Go Broke to Buy Birth Control?... →
Birth control is cheap people. Even if you got mine for $120 for a 3 month supply (the seasonale generic), that is still only $1,440 for 3 years. If you want to have sex that badly and not get pregnant, I think $1,440 for three years is beyond reasonable.

I hate being away from Heidi. Especially when I’m sad. Hell when I went to Florida I cried myself to sleep because I missed her so much. I’m gonna be a mess this week.

One last thing to vent about.
I have to fly to New Jersey for her funeral and I haven’t flown in years. I used to fly all the time and I would fly down to Florida by myself to see my mom’s parents when I was like 8 but I don’t think I’ve flown since we went to New Jersey for my grandma’s 80th birthday in 2005. So I haven’t actually had to deal with TSA recently. But I swear if they try to...

Well this day just gets better and better
Not My dad forced me to go to school I saw a funeral motorcade drive by during lunch and thought how in less than a week I’ll be in one of those so then I started crying And then, I was driving my sister to her art class and I swear I saw my ex who I hate. He should not be here. He lives like 15 miles away. He should stay in Gastonia and stay out of Belmont. So now I don’t feel safe...

Update
So last night my grandmother passed away. She had had a terrible stroke and had been in the hospital for over a month and I guess God thought it was her time to go. I’m still in shock but I’m comforted by the fact she gets to see my grandpa and her family. She had a good 87 years. So I may or may not be posting a lot the next coming week. Depends on if I need a distraction or if this...

oceanicsteam asked: Why do you think America is the best nation on Earth when from every actual measurable metric, from college graduation rates, to elder poverty, child poverty, life expectancy, health care costs, quality of infrastructure, income inequality, science and mathematical skills of high school graduates, the list goes on, we're ranking near the bottom of the heap out of all OECD countries.

Koran burning.
People in Afghanistan are rioting in the streets over a Koran burning by US forces. Soldiers have already been killed. I understand why the Afghan people are angry. I’d be angry too if I were in that situation. But I think this is a case where people are so over-zealous, that they completely overlook the facts. I am in no way saying these people have a legitimate reason to be angry...

After-birth abortions? Ok, now THAT is murder. →
I don’t agree with abortion, but at least pro-choice people have arguments that can be understood. This is just plain stupid and sick.

Happy Monday everyone!
How was your weekend? Mine was good. I got a haircut. It looks like Dana Perino’s except for brown. It wasn’t intentional but when I looked at it afterwards I was like “ohmylanta it’s just like Dana’s!” I got an iPhone 4S. Very blessed and fortunate that my mom got me one. My sister is whining though. Because she’s mad that I got one and she...

I hate Affirmative Action
notahipstuh: onenationundergod: It’s still racism. This is what I hate about equality movements. It’s not equal. It just creates a different inequality. If things were truly equal, your acceptance into college wouldn’t be based on your race and the school needing more people of your race to get funding, it would be based on your merits. And I always thought equality was to be based on your...

One of the reasons I love Bob Beckel so much...
I really love how he speaks out on the Muslim hypocrisy in this country where Christians are being killed in the Middle East but if we do anything to Muslims in America, the world would end. All religions should be treated equally and equally respected. There shouldn’t be a double standard and America needs to step up and take a stand against places like Syria.

Please. Obama is like my ex. He says he’s gonna change all the time, but the entire time he continues to eff up and says these next years I’ll change. No. If you don’t change the first time, you never change. Obama ain’t gonna change. Why waste 5 more years? If he is so fantabulous, he can be like Grover Cleveland. If the Republican ends up being a Benjamin Harrison, we...
